After a two-year stint at Reuters and six months as an editor at the Jakarta Globe, he joined Deutsche Presse-Agentur (dpa), where he has been Indonesia correspondent since 2009.

She graduated cum laude from graduate school of International Relations Department at the University of Indonesia (UI), majoring in terrorism and international security on a full funded scholarship from The British Council Indonesia in 2010.

Her byline appeared in Asia Sentinel, The Jakarta Post, Global Health and Travel, Khabar Southeast Asia, Rappler, Southeast Asia Globe, Focus Asean and LiveOlive. During her stint at the Jakarta Globe, she received honorable mentions at international and local journalism awards and was a recipient of the Paramadina-Medco journalism fellowship in 2011.
